We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase.
We do not accept returns for change of mind on items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or are not in resale condition.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we will offer a refund, replacement, or store credit.
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
